Each Superior Contents team member is thoroughly trained to use our inventory system which includes a strict protocol to ensure no item is lost or misplaced at any point during the restoration process. Our inventory procedures include:
Cataloging by room and location
To keep your contents organized and easy to find, we catalog them by room and location to make it easier for everyone to find and pick up whenever needed.
Barcode and scanning system
We use special barcodes on each item that we have of yours to monitor the quantity and status of them all.
Cloud-based software with real- time updates
We have a cloud based program that instantly syncs up with the status on each content and will be able to notify you of any updates and the status on any content or the overall project.
Dedicated team member
Each client that works with us will get a dedicated team member that will monitor the inventory from the process of start to finish.
