Your belongings, cleaned, documented, and restored with care.
After fire, water, smoke, mold-related, or other property damage, we document, clean, protect, store, and return the contents that matter most — with clear communication from pack-out to delivery. Items are restored whenever restoration is appropriate, and anything that can't be saved is documented honestly for your claim.

What contents restoration includes.
Contents restoration is detailed, hands-on work. Before anything is cleaned we understand what you own and what each piece needs — then match the method to the material, document every step, and finish only when items are genuinely ready to come home.
Every step is documented — from the first photo to the final check.
Room-by-room assessment
Every item is reviewed before cleaning so the scope is clear and nothing salvageable is written off.
Esporta soft-contents restoration
As an Esporta Certified Operator, we restore leather goods (shoes, purses, jackets), laundry of every kind, and household soft goods — bedding, sleeping bags, pillows, stuffed animals — plus sports equipment, cleaned to food-grade standards rather than written off.
Material-specific cleaning
Wood, upholstery, electronics, textiles and other soft goods, ceramics, and paper each get the technique they need — HEPA, hand-cleaning, or ultrasonic tanks.
Smoke, soot, water & mold-related care
Belongings can need very different treatment depending on the type of damage — we treat each accordingly.
Deodorizing & finishing
Odor treatment and a final quality check before items are stored or returned.
Pack-back to your home
Pack-back is the return phase, and it's scheduled around your rebuild rather than ours. Everything comes back in the same room-by-room order it left, is checked off the same manifest with you, and is placed according to the documented inventory — so the last step is as organized as the first.
Claim-ready documentation
Photos, condition notes, and a room-by-room inventory support clear communication with your adjuster.
Documented from day one. Every item is photographed and logged before it's cleaned or moved — so you and your adjuster always know exactly what we have and where it is.
When you need contents restoration.
Contents restoration matters most in the window right after a loss, when quick, careful handling decides how much can be saved. The sooner belongings are assessed and stabilized, the more of them come home.
It's also the part of a claim that's easiest to lose track of — which is why documentation and a clear plan matter as much as the cleaning itself.
After a fire, water, or mold loss leaves belongings soiled, damp, or smoke-affected.
When an insurance claim needs items assessed, cleaned, and documented rather than simply replaced.
When furniture, electronics, textiles and soft goods, or keepsakes are worth restoring instead of writing off.
When you're displaced and need someone to care for everything you own until you're home.
Our process, step by step.
Document
We photograph and log each item's condition before anything is cleaned, so there's a clear record from the start.
Pack out & protect
Belongings are wrapped, boxed, and transported to our Fife, WA and Post Falls, ID facilities, where cleaning can be done properly and securely.
Clean & restore
Each material is cleaned with the right method — soot removal, ultrasonic, or hand-detailing, and odor treatment. Soft goods run through our Esporta Wash System, a patented restoration technology that returns over 90% of a home's soft contents to food-grade clean — independent lab testing verified it removes 99% of contaminants.
Store
Restored contents are wrapped, labeled, and kept in climate-controlled individual vaults at our Fife, WA and Post Falls, ID facilities for as long as your rebuild takes.
Return & coordinate
Pack-back: when your home is ready, everything is checked off the same manifest and placed back room by room, with documentation shared with your adjuster.
See it in action.

What this means for you.
Restore — don't replace
Restoring belongings instead of replacing them means more of what you owned actually comes home — and a simpler, faster claim settlement for you and your adjuster.
Better claim communication
Photos, inventory, and condition notes keep the contents portion of your claim organized and moving.
More care for what matters
Belongings are handled by material type by people who treat them like their own — not sorted like generic boxes.
